Help the Jayhawks win Gowalla’s AP Top 25 Check-in Challenge

The Associated Press and Gowalla have launched a project aimed at giving a university a $10,000 donation — and it could be Kansas University.

The Top 25 Gowalla Check-in Challenge asks users to check in at any of the five designated Gowalla spots on campus. When you do, you earn that school a point. The school with the most points at the end of the regular football season wins the scholarship cash.

Additionally, anytime you check in at one of the designated spots, you’re entered to win one of the following:

– MacBook Air (the fancy one)
– iPad
– iPod nano
– iTunes Giftcard

As of Thursday morning, KU is sitting at No. 19 … and K-State is No. 7. Sad trombone. Here’s the current top 10 (results updated daily):

3. OU
4. South Carolina
5. Stanford
