[Article 2, Section 3 of the United States Constitution:][1] He shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient._Sure, Congressional Briefing isn't Presidential Briefing. But since President Bush is giving his [State of the Union][2] speech to Congress, we figure it's OK to fudge.When it's available - probably 8 p.m. - we'll post the entire speech here. Is anyone other than me watching right now?

I can't wait to see when, and if he'll propose an updated Iraqi/Mideast strategy. Right now he's talking obvious realities, punctuated by applause lines.
