Rep. Jerry Moran, R-Kan., sent a letter to television news anchors asking them to stop referring to the H1N1 virus as swine flu because he says it is harming the nation's pork producers.

Bailout protest planned in Franklin County
With national attention focused on the financial bailout proposal in Congress, groups nationwide will be taking to the streets in the next few days to protest the estimated $700 billion price tag. One is planned for Saturday in Ottawa.
