I don't plan on it, but i should. The local elections determines the money and policies that directly afffect the community. So much attention is on the national spotlight and what is continuously forgotten are the offices, like sherriff, treasurer, city commission, judicial, etc. These offices aid in determining the community's appearance and helps in attracting new business to Lawrence.

No point in attending. I already know who I am voting for. Anyone who is NOT the incumbent.

What is the point? Kansans are soaked up on the tea baggers sop and vote for them. We suffer from our inability to remove ourselves from the rural, hayseed mentality of those who actually believe that Brownback and kobach arethe Koch reich pretty good guys.
Why waste the time, eh Dolph??
