You do realize that Monday is the cutoff this year, not today, don't you?

I submit them online AND wait until the last minute. Why give them the money early? Now back when I still got refunds (before I wised up and changed my withholding), I filed as soon as I got my W-2s.

I always wait until after the deadline. That way I pay interest and penalties as well. It's the government, they are good, give them everything.

I wait till the last minute if I owe. The Government will just waste the money anyways.

I send them last minute and hermetically seal the envelope with tape. I'm willing to risk jamming their letter-opening machine to ensure my return isn't tampered with.

They aren't due until Monday but I finally did them today just so I could get the paperwork off my desk.

my spousal unit does it and I hope for the best. Are conjugal visits allowed?

I was expecting something like 'yes' or 'no', and I could have even accepted an 'undecided.'

But more importantly, how can all of those who voted to be last in line be the last person in line? Are they all standing on each others heads? Kind of like one of those amazing journeys we used to read about when we were kids.

Perhaps they engage in fisticuffs to determine who is actually last.

Psychic Prediction!!! This time next year, LJWorld will print the same question. There will be TV cameras outside the Main Post Office on the 15th of April. A volcano will erupt in Nevada near Hawthorne. Next year, Lawrence will Not "miss the bullet" when the Spring Severe Weather comes again.

Already your predictions are suspect... April 15, 2012, is on a Sunday, thus there will be no one at the PO trying to get their returns postmarked at the last minute...
