Those who voted Columbia...please leave town in shame.

Some of us grew up closer to Columbia than Lawrence. Also, there are a few businesses that have stores in both Lawrence and Columbia. Arizona Trading Company for one and the iCafe on 23rd for another. I also know a a local coffee dude checking out Columbia for his next hub. Sports rivalries aside, Columbia and Lawrence are both great college towns.

In Columbia's downtown, they have plenty of parking spaces and they don't have trees blocking the signs (like we do on Mass Street). You can actually see the business' store fronts. Something that Lawrence should consider, that, or plant taller growing trees.

Boulder, Colorado is absolutely beautiful! My favorite Big XII North town by far. Will have to find another one once they leave for the Pac-10.

Nature might do it for you, but hopefully not.

Cedar Falls, Iowa, as soon as the University of Northern Iowa takes Nebraska's spot in the Big 12 North.

And Fargo, North Dakota, home of North Dakota State University, would be a nice addition instead of Boulder.

I like Cedar Falls, too. Great town.

Can we get a link to the rankings?

does anyone know what publication ranked us in the top 10? I work with a lot of emaw's and it would be nice to have on my wall!

We should vote on the worst Big XII south college town. Plenty of competition there, with College Station, Lubbock, Stillwater, and Waco to choose from.

Given the choices, the choice is clear.
