I sure thought he'd go before Cole and Xavier!
i think it's a bunch of b.s. how this player got passed up...personally, i think he's NBA ready more than xavier...i mean congratulations to xavier for getting drafted, but come on...he needed at least one more year, two at the most to make the jump...i feel bad for sherron because he could of left his junior year if he wanted to, but there was just so many guards on the board that he was going to get passed up...he made the right decision by staying for another year...him getting passed up is a bunch of b.s. and i'm a little ticked off with the fact that a talented player got passed up...and he's not the only one...the guard from duke(schyer) got passed up as well and he was NBA ready as well...overall, good luck sherron...i'm so sorry that these teams passed u up(ummm LAKERS)...just get out there, work your tail off and proove these teams that passed up that they made the BIGGEST mistake
Sherron showed up to NBA workouts at about 5'9" and 240 lbs. the dude just isn't dedicated enough to play in the NBA. Plus he disappeared a lot for us this past season and turned the ball over like 10 times in our last game in the tourney, not good. Dude is going to be a fat 5'9" blk man for the rest of his life and will need john daly surgery to stay at a weight to play in the nba. dude has game, but hell no, the nba draft is only 2 rounds, you can't take a chance with some little fat guy that isn't interested enough in the NBA to stay in playing shape since april to now. He'll get a chance to prove himself, but without any investment in him, he has to blow the others away to make a 12 man roster....not that many spots. cole went where i thought, only cause he can dominate the paint and X is horrible now, but drafted on potential alone.... dude has only a left hand and can't create his own shot, that will kill him in the nba. cole by far be the best nba player, and will play with k durrant in okc, that will be sweet
