Tiger please don't do it. Please not another apology. Really its ok, Heck if I had women thowing themselves at me I would have been in trouble too. Its just not that big of a deal. Really.

He's apologizing because he's lost millions in endorsements. He could care less about what we think of him, but he needs to appease his endorsers. But then again he is the greatest golfer to ever live, so even though pulled a "Wilt" (slept with any girl he wanted to) while being married, we should forgive him and shower him with praise and adulation. Long live King Tiger.

ridiculous. he does not owe me an apology. and what's with these bimbettes who are stepping up to admit that they had sex with a married man? wow, now there's something to be proud of, eh? egads.

Tiger who? Wait, is that the guy I slept with last night?

Tom Miller 8 years, 4 months ago

Quite honestly, it would be very difficult for me to care any LESS...never did see that situation as "news" in the first place...doesn't even qualify as a "fluff" story, imho, and to be truthful, IDGAS one way or t'other...

What he did only proves he's human. It won't change his golfing abilities. It is between him and his wife, we dont care. On with the golf games and forget the matter. It makes him no less of a great golfer.

Tiger Who ? WGAS !! Is that game they call golf where they hit that little egg around the yard.. it has no bearing on anyone's life what so ever, just a gosip thing.

I am interested! I want to know if he has any throw-off he can send my way!

Tom Miller 8 years, 4 months ago

uh, yeah...makes me wonder if he had a wingman, and if NOT, can I apply for that job...

We are getting close to stooping as low as we can go in this country - and most of the above comments prove it.

While I really could care less about TW's infidelity, what kills me is that despite the professed lack of interest by most, this is still being carried live by everyone from the networks to Highlights magazine. Paparazzi voyeurism at its finest.

Adding icing to the lurid allure is the fact this will be a controlled "news conference" consisting of a few minutes of prepared comments complete with contrite appearance/downward gaze, dutiful nods to wife & family and perhaps a tear or two wiped away. No reporter's questions allowed-just the statement and then he's out of there. Why not just post the statement on your web page and move on if you're not going to engage the reporters you invited to attend? Kind of hard to blame the Golf Writers Association for boycotting such a non-event.

This photo-op will surely put the whole affair to bed. Right?

I am a victim of a "tiger woods" scam............ I bought a DVD that promised to show Tiger in action...... to my surprise, it was just some guy playing golf .

beatrice 8 years, 4 months ago

I will be interested if he comes out loudly cursing and telling everyone to mind their own &%#! business! If he acts like Cartman saying "Shut up! I don't care! I'll do what I want!," then I'd be interested. To just see him do his best Jimmy Swaggart impersonation -- not so much.

Who really give a crap but why are the women he slept with demanding apologies? Shouldn’t they be apologizing to his wife? I think they were more than happy to be doing what they were doing....

jonas_opines 8 years, 4 months ago

His name should be changed to Tiger's Wood, but other than that I could care less one way or the other.

don't give a rat's booty for what he's saying. just like w/ letterman, kobe bryant and half of the senate.

Kelly Johnson 8 years, 4 months ago

You can't trust or believe a word out of his mouth anyway. He is only doing damage control at this point so he can keep making money.

Tiger Woods is a wimp. He cried on TV a few years back because a guy at the country club hurt his feelings... He is a %$(#^#&* #$%!!!!!! Hope he loses all of his sponsorships and his wife dumps him...

gphawk89 8 years, 4 months ago

I have no interest in what he says. Like I've said time and time again about these public apologies, he's not sorry he did what he did, he's sorry he got caught. If he truly thought that what he was doing was wrong, he wouldn't have done it in the first place.

gccs14r 8 years, 4 months ago

The only reason this blew up like it did is because he passed himself off as a squeaky-clean guy. Now everyone knows better, not just the guys on the tour.

Reuben Turner 8 years, 4 months ago

had them women been real business girls, they would have kept everything in strict confidence. not that he was right but they was wrong to; must folks pay for you to keep your mouth shut. let the man speak and give his apology. some will listen and accept it and some won't. i truly don't think he cares, he is just doing what he has been told he ought to do by folks keeping his books.
