Cardio is better in the morning (as well as something else...wink). Weightlifting is better at night because your body responds better to it.

Time isn't like the family dog. Time is in great shape. Time keeps in continuous forward motion and doesn't really need me to exercise it.

I have to exercise very early so I can sleep through half of it while working out. Sometimes I go after work too, if my day is full of stupid people. :)

early, early morning is the best time to exercise.

the harder day it has been the longer i exercise in the evening to burn it off. i would like to exercise early but it only gets fit in after 9pm most days as i have hubby/4kids/4sports/activities/friends/dinner/laundry/homework/etc.
