No effect whatsoever. I don't do anything since Lawrence sucked the life out of this town with the fireworks ban. I wonder if a significant amount of sales tax dollars is lost because of the ban?Although, I have to smile as I hear rebellious shooters of fireworks out my window.

It's fuel for the body. If we, as consumers, are willing to spend $4 a gallon to fuel our cars, shouldn't we be willing to spend $4 a pound to fuel ourselves?

I drive up and the sign says 16oz 18 packs 12.99. So I calculated which is the best value. 30 pack of 12oz, or 18 pack of 16oz........ wa la... I could save money with the 18 pack. Darn it,,, I forgot to shut off my car.... fuel consumed more that my savings. happy 4th anyway/
