It is very reasonable. If the state of Kansas denies them for no legitimate reason their right to use their private property thus costing them future profits I believe it to be very reasonable to not invest in the state of Kansas.
If this was a behind the scenes deal I could see a problem with is but in this case I see no issue. Every corporation that donates money to the public does so under the same pretense even if it isn't so explicit. We all claim to want to hear the truth and then we prove that when we do we find that we are more comfortable with what isn't said. Get real.

oh.........so protecting the health of Kansas citizens and the Kansas environment is 'no legitimate reason'??????
I bet you'd be singing a different tune if these high profit environmental disasters were going to be built in your back yard!!! This isn't a Kansas corporation. The power generated isn't for Kansans. The neighboring states have already rejected these power plants for reasons of environmental safety.
This whole thing is really a referendum on exactly how ignorant conservative Kansans are...........

Some times it is just fun to watch environmental wacko's worry about the safety of this plant. I recall all the problems we have had over the years with such a plant...oh wait...my mistake. By the way...how is that global warming thing working for ya? Seems cold outside. LOL

I think they should build the power plants. The nonsense that has gone on blocking the needed generating capacity and good jobs is ludicrous.
I think this is kind of like blackmail, though.
