I think Kansas needs a few more office locations to spread out the demand load or it needs to enlarge the existing offices with space and staffing to meet the demand.

I've always thought the lines in Douglas County were very short. Maybe it's from growing up in Wyandotte County. I remember standing 50 people long a few times. I haven't been in a line longer than10 people here, but most of the time it's been about 3 or 4 people long.
