I don't believe children who were born in US/Kansas in undocumented immigrants should be punished for their parents actions.

If you are talking about people who came into the country illegally just to go to college, then perhaps.

What a bad way to phrase the question if you meant the first one btw. Very misleading.

When they complete the requirements for in-state tuition, then they should be granted in-state. K-HS education is OK. College is not a granted right for anyone. Perhaps all state colleges and universities should grant in-state tuition equal to the number of students they get from other states, but granting in-state tuition to undocumented immigrants is completely unfair. I would like to see more assistance for US citizens in regard to attending college when crossing state lines.

Non-Americans should not be given the same privileges and rights as natural-born American citizens, or those that immigrated here LEGALLY from other countries.

If they want to go to college so bad, let 'em start sockin' away 50% of whatever they wire back home to their homeland. Then they can help the families they abandoned, and be edjerkayted about it.
