Someone should show this non scientific poll to those idiots at city hall. People do what this road.

I was a child when I first heard about a bypass, now my children have grown up hearing about this. Two generations, several ideas, hundreds of wrecks (one that was almost tragic for my own family), and thousands (if not millions) of "research" dollars later, and I still cannot make safe left hand turns from my neighborhood. Can't we all just get along, allow the traffic to keep moving, and make Lawrence a safer town for it's citizens? BUILD THE BYPASS!

Unfortunately the best alignment that used the least amount of Right of Way and improved the drainage into the so called wetlands, was the 31st Street route.

For goodness sake, just build that darn thing already! Who cares where it is, just build the darned thing. If you really want to build it through worthless land, build it right through the middle of the KU school of social welfare or city hall. They can drink coffee and commiserate in one of the local coffee mugs. All they do is talk there anyway. But, just BUILD the darned thing! You could have built the darned thing ten years ago in the same place it was originally planned at a fraction of today's cost. No more talking. No more commiserating. JUST BUILD THE DARNED THING.

Funny thing about Lawrence - Absolutely nothing will get done and it still costs a ton of money.

I'm tired of all the stalling and talking about this trafficway. Either do it or don't?

lawsuits will educate the uneducated about Indian Law and the U.S. Constitution. So this poll means absolutely nothing
