Vergie and Mark Anderson, of Kinsley, will provide for scholarships for graduate students in the Kansas University School of Social Welfare with a $150,000 gift in honor of Vergie's two children, who died in a car accident in 1980.
The first nice picture on my trip to Nicaragua happened while I was downtown shopping and I came across a vendor with these giant doll heads.

The shop’s hours will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday (Thursday until 7 p.m.) and Saturday 9 a.m. to noon through Dec. 22. Toys for Tots continues to accept toy donations at the store.
