Leola Faye Cameron Cooper

Leola Cameron Cooper passed away on October 15th, 2016. She was born near Potwin, Kansas on November 3rd, 1920 to Harry Edward and Edith North Cameron. She was one of four children. Her older sister, Ruth and her younger brother, Clarence, are deceased, but she is survived by her youngest sister, Helen Viduarri, of Tamalpias, CA. Leola is also survived by her two sons, Michael (Julie) and Donald (Judye); five grandchildren, Arlette (Bruce) Tinsley, Jason (Sally) Cooper, Leslie (Peter) Haven, and David (Pam) and Joel (Jane) Cooper; and five great grandchildren, Burke and Willa Tinsley, Jahnathan Haven, and Olivia and Benjamin Cooper. Leola graduated from Chase County High School and Wichita State University, andattended Princeton Theological Seminary. After Seminary, she moved to California where she was a Social Worker in Contra Costa County for many years. Upon retirement, she moved back to Kansas to be with her family.
