Pat Wells

Pat (Pearl Mary) Wells died March 1, 2014 in Lecanto, Florida. She was born August 30, 1914 in Bison, Kansas.
She and her husband, Yale Yssel Wells, lived in Baldwin City and then in Holton, Kansas for many years before moving permanently to Ocala, Florida in the 1980s. She was a devoted wife and mother who was also active in the Holton community. She was a member of the Evangelical United Methodist Church, Qui Vive, and other local organizations. Pat was predeceased by her husband, Yale, and their son, Jack Richard.
She is survived by her daughter, Jill Wells Krebs, and her son-in-law, Jack Krebs, as well as by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, Evy Jillanne Krebs and Hazel Mae Stoppel, the children of Holly Krebs and Brett Stoppel, all of Lawrence, Kansas.
A family memorial service was held at the Holton Cemetery during Mothers’ Day weekend on the anniversary of Jack Richard Wells’ death, May 10th.
