Donna L. Reynolds 1931 - 2013 Baldwin City
Donna L. Reynolds, age 81, of Baldwin City, died March 12, 2013, in Wellsville, Kansas at Wellsville Retirement Community. She was born on July 23, 1931 near Vinland, Kansas, the daughter of Fred Rockhold and Edna (Holmes) Rockhold.
She was raised in the Vinland area and attended Stony Point School and graduated from Vinland High School.
Donna was a lifelong housewife, but in addition to this she was a telephone operator, cashier at Ford’s I.G.A., and worked two years at Orchard Lane nursing home in Baldwin before her retirement in 1977.
On March 7, 1969 Donna was united in marriage with Lloyd Franklin Reynolds at her parent’s home. They shared over 40 years of marriage. Lloyd preceded her in death on February 19, 2010.
She is also preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother.
Donna is survived by a brother, Jack Rockhold of Nortonville, Kansas and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services will be held 11a.m., Friday, March 15, 2012, at Oakwood Cemetery, Baldwin City.
