Kevin Douglas Lane 1964 - 2013 Olathe
Kevin Douglas Lane, 48, of Olathe, KS passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at home surrounded by his family. Visitation will be from 10-11am, Saturday, January 26th at McGilley & Frye Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11am with burial in Olathe Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Brain Tumor Society.
Kevin was born January 28, 1964 to Homer and Mary (Reed) Lane in Wellington, KS. Kevin thoroughly enjoyed snow skiing and scuba diving. He was an avid do-it-yourselfer, not only for himself but for others as
well. He was a member of the IBEW 226 and worked for the P1 Group for 25 years as an Electrical General Foreman.
Kevin is survived by his parents; wife, Karen (Rose) Lane of the home; son, Matthew Lane and Nicole Callaway of Berryton, KS; daughter, Nicole Lane of Kansas City, MO; 1 granddaughter, Reagan and 3 brothers.
Kevin was a friend to many and will be dearly missed by all who loved him!
