Clarence R. “Dean” Deaver

Deaver, Clarence R. “Dean” 87, US Navy veteran of WW II and Korea, died Saturday, November 24 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Clarence was born July 1, 1925 in Aullville, Missouri. He was past commander of VFW Post 6957; and held other numerous local & state offices. Viewing and visitation will take place 4-8 p.m., Thursday with family present 5-7 at Old Mission Mortuary. Funeral Service, 10 a.m. Friday, Haysville United Methodist Church. Burial with Military Honors in Old Mission Cemetery at 2 p.m. Preceded in death by his wife, Laura D. Deaver; parents, Clarence Joel & Purna Alice (Davis) Deaver; brother, Robert; sisters, Emma & Ruth. Survived by; daughter, Sally (Gail) Klinginsmith; sons, Michael (Tammy) Deaver, Clarence W. (Patricia) Deaver, brother, Donald (Beulah) Deaver; 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
