Vearl LaVern Cox De Soto
Vearl LaVern Cox, 94, De Soto, died Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the Hillside Village in De Soto.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; one infant daughter, Judith Kay Cox; son, Donald Cox; brothers, Ray and Everett Cox; sisters, Audrey and Nettie Clearwater.
He is survived by a son, Larry Cox (Mary), Olathe; two grandsons, Mark Cox (Lori), Pace, Fl. and Bryan Cox (Chris), Castle Rock, Co.; four great grandsons, Keith & Brett Cox and Kyle & Griffin Cox; one brother, Percy Cox, Littleton, Co.; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10am Tuesday at the Eddy-Birchard Funeral Home, 203 Main Street, Osawatomie. Burial in the Osawatomie Cemetery.
