Robert M. Daniels 1928 - 2012 Lawrence
Robert M. Daniels, 83 died March 11, 2012 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held Thursday, March 15, at 1:00 PM at Lawrence Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation to follow at Prairie Commons Club House, 5121 Congressional Circle, Lawrence between 2:00-4:00. He was born May 8th, 1928 in Lawrence to Levi and Lucy Daniels. He married Bernice Hall on June 27, 1946. He worked most of his life in the Lawrence area as a dairy farmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Bernice, 2 sons, Randy and Mike and grandson Jeff, and six siblings.
He is survived by his daughter, Vicki Shaughnessy Alexander, and husband Mike, Lawrence.
2 brothers, Don of Lawrence, and Norman of Lecompton. He also is survived by 4 grandchildren 14 great-grandchildren, plus nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to Brandon Woods at Alvamar, 1501 Inverness Dr., Lawrence, KS. In memory of his outstanding care.
