Millard C. Spencer
The family of Dr. Millard C. Spencer would like to remind friends that a memorial service is scheduled for 2pm Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Grace Episcopal Cathedral. A reception will be held following the service at Topeka Country Club. Dr. Spencer died Wednesday, January 18, 2012, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, after a long struggle with pulmonary hypertension.
