Westine A. Noll

Westine A. Noll, 82, of McLouth, KS, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at her son’s home in McLouth.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Saturday, January 28, at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Nortonville, KS with Rev. Kieth Noll, officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Oskaloosa, KS. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, at the O’Trimble Funeral Home, 325 Main, Nortonville. Westine was born March 18, 1929 in Eads, CO, the daughter of Roy and Laura (Hill) Anderson. Westine attended schools in Nortonville and began working at an early age. She worked for five years at the Elms Nursing Home, prior to its closing, in Winchester, KS, before working at the Village Villa Nursing Home in Nortonville, as a medication aide for over thirteen years. Westine then moved to La Junta, CO and worked at the Copper Kitchen for five years before moving to Pasadena, TX to live with her sister until 2003. In 2003, Westine moved to McLouth. Westine’s focus was her family and she loved spending time with them. She was Protestant by faith.
Westine and Lester Noll were married from October 25, 1947 until September 29, 1989. Lester survives.
Survivors include four sons, Duane (Kathy) Noll, McLouth, Ron (Cheryl) Noll, Oskaloosa, Kieth (Marjie) Noll, Poplar Bluff, MO, and Randy (Kristy) Noll, Nortonville; a daughter, Lorraine (Frank) Glowczak, Portland, MA; twelve grandchildren; and thirteen (soon to be fourteen) great-grandchildren.
Westine was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
