Emil Walter Deines 1921 - 2012 Lawrence
Emil Walter Deines, 90 years of age, passed away January 18, 2012 at Brandon Woods at Alvamar, Lawrence, Kansas. He was born February 22, 1921 to John Henry and Katherine Elizabeth (Mai) Deines in WaKeeney, Kansas.
He married Ermagene Francis Fenton October 18th, 1947 in Garden City, Kansas. He is survived by his wife, five daughters and one son, 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Because of his proud service in the United States Army, after cremation his final interment will be at the World War II memorial in WaKeeney, KS.
Arrangements are at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home.
