Lucille 'Eve' E. Minard-Keeton 1938 - 2012 Lawrence
Lucille E. “Eve” Minard-Keeton, 74, of Lawrence, KS., formerly of Paola, KS., died Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at her home. A Memorial Gathering will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, March 2, at the Chapel Oaks Lawrence Funeral Chapel, 3821 W. 6th St., Lawrence, KS.
Mrs. Minard-Keeton was born January 23, 1938, in Fulton, KS., the daughter of Lonzo and Mary (Fierce) Webber. She had worked as a waitress for Waids Restaurant and later she became the owner of the Corner Restaurant in Paola, KS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harley E. Keeton in 2010 and her son, Alex L. Minard in 2011. She is survived by 5 children, Alen (Jeanette) Minard of Joplin, MO., Paul (Darla) Minard of Odessa, KS, Faith (Jeff) Hibschle of Leawood, KS, Lyly Minard of Hartsville, SC and Kim (Matt) Jones of Lawrence, KS. Two sisters, Mary Thompson of Texas and Betty Firey of Webb City, KS. 17 grandchildren, Caylor, Kassidi, Moises, Alison, Sandra, Curtis, Zach, Chrissa, Jamie, Jason, Justin, Jaron, Adam, Rachel, Samantha, Gabe & Brandon, and numerous great-grandchildren.
