Rita Luquinn Marmon, 78, Garnett, passed away on Monday, Feb. 13, 2012, at KU Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Holy Angels Catholic Church, Garnett. Burial will follow in the Holy Angels Cemetery, Garnett.
