Earlene Sanders 1921 - 2012 Lenexa, KS
Earlene Sanders, 91, of Lenexa, KS, passed away on December 13, 2012.
Earlene was born on October 10, 1921 in Clinton, OK to Willis and Lula (Gray) Martin, the youngest of four children. Earlene's quiet strength and constant devotion kept the family ties firm and lasting. She will be dearly missed. She retired from Overland Park State Bank after 15 years of service in the mid-1980’s. Earlene was a member of Prairie Baptist Church.
Survivors include her three sons, Gayle (Deborah) Sanders of New Canaan, CT, Mark Sanders of Lawrence, KS, Greg Sanders of Shawnee, KS, and a granddaughter, Alexandra Sanders of New Canaan, CT. Earlene was preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, O. Paul Sanders, and three brothers, Bob, Bill, and Denzel Martin.
Services will be private. The family suggests contributions to Johnson County Mental Health, http://mentalhealth.jocogov.org/.
