Mandi McDonald

Service for Mandi Dawn McDonald, 36, Lawrence, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lawrence Funeral Chapel with burial following in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence.
Ms. McDonald died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness.
She was born April 10, 1975, in Wichita, the daughter of Bruce and Anita McDonald Flewelling.
Ms. McDonald lived in Rose Hill, Salina and Manhattan before moving to Lawrence to be closer to her family. She was a worker at Cottonwood Inc., from 1997 to the present, where she helped to fulfill contracts for area businesses. She loved country music, kitties, jewelry, diet pop, shopping at the dollar store, KU football games, attending Family Church, calling her mom almost daily and playing UNO with her family.
Survivors include her parents; her long-time partner, Walter Greene; a brother, Jared Flewelling; a sister, Kelly Flewelling; paternal grandmother, Naomi Flewelling; aunt Deanna Nelson and husband Kenny; uncle Mike Flewelling and wife Karen; aunt Annette Elliott and husband Roger; uncle Jim McDonald and wife Jami; uncle Gary McDonald and wife Linda; and numerous cousins.
