Marguerite Elinor Johnson

Graveside service for Marguerite Elinor Johnson, 91, Saratoga Springs, New York, will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2011, at Oak Hill Cemetery, Lawrence, KS. A brief gathering will be held prior to the service at 3:30 p.m. at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
Mrs. Johnson passed October 25, 2011 at Maplewood Manor in Saratoga Springs, surrounded by her family.
Marguerite was born on February 15, 1920 in Lawrence, Kansas, the daughter of Otto and Vera (Pringle) Hunzicker. She married Wayne Richard Johnson on August 14, 1943, in Lawrence. He preceded her in death on February 12, 2006.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Johnson and wife, Rosa, Saratoga Springs, New York, and Steven Johnson, Los Gatos, California; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
