Florence Mary Elizabeth Ronnebaum Deters 1927 - 2011 Centralia
A Mass of Christian Burial for Florence Mary Elizabeth Ronnebaum Deters, 84, Centralia, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Seneca.
Mrs. Deters died Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011, at Brandon Woods Nursing Center in Lawrence.
She was born April 4, 1927, at Oneida, the daughter of Clem and Anna Strathman Ronnebaum.
She married Joseph G. Deters on Feb. 14, 1953 in Seneca. They celebrated 45 years together before his death Jan. 11, 1999.
She was also preceded in death by brothers Henry, Vince, Sylvester and Melvin Ronnebaum; an infant sister, Frances Ronnebaum; and sisters Evelyn Hammes and Katherine Rettele.
Survivors include four daughters, Mary Ann Deck and husband Glenn, Lawrence, Jolene Fairchild and husband Larry, Overbrook, Cindy Schreiner and husband Tom, Portland, Ore., and Connie Fisher and husband Bob, Centralia; a son, Jerry Deters and wife Laura, Princeton; a sister, Helen Heinen, Seneca; a brother, Bill Ronnebaum, Seneca; eight grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and eight stepgreat-grandchildren.
Rosaries will be prayed at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Friday at the Lauer Funeral Home in Seneca, 212 S. Fourth St.
