Thelma Hemphill Evans

A memorial service for Thelma Hemphill Evans will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church, 2415 Clinton Parkway. Private inurnment for immediate family will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Evans died Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011.
The family will greet friends from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th St., in Lawrence.
