Bruce and Shannon Bricker

A funeral service for Bruce Bricker, 51, and Shannon Bricker, 40, Highland Village, Texas, was held Friday at First Baptist Church of Lewisville, Texas. The couple are buried in Flower Mound Cemetery, Flower Mound, Texas.
The Brickers died Sunday, July 3, 2011, in Canton, Texas, as the result of a motorcycle accident.
Mr. Bricker was born on Sept. 4, 1959, in Philadelphia. Mrs. Bricker was born on Oct. 4, 1970, in Borger, Texas.
They were married on Oct. 11, 2002.
Mr. Bricker graduated from Kansas University’s School of Pharmacy in 1983 and was the pharmacy manager at Walmart in Denton, Texas. Mrs. Bricker was a 1990 graduate of Lonegrove High School and was a massage therapist.
Survivors include a son, Matthew David Bricker, and a daughter, Abygail Benson, both of Highland Village.
Mr. Bricker’s survivors include his mother, Anna Bricker, Lawrence; a brother David, of Phoenix and Ennis, Mont.; and a sister, Susan Emery, Chambersburg, Pa.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clark E. Bricker.
Mrs. Bricker’s survivors include her mother, Patricia Virden and husband Samuel; her father, Danny Ballard and wife Cathy; two sisters, Kristin Ballard, and Kim Lynch and husband Robert; a brother, Mike Ballard; and her grandfather, Zane Hall.
