Robin Frances Pottorf

Funeral services for Robin Frances Pottorf, 51, Oskaloosa, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Living Water Evangelical Free Church in Oskaloosa. Burial will be at Pleasant View Cemetery, Oskaloosa.
Mrs. Pottorf died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011, at her home after a long fight with cancer.
She was born Jan. 15, 1960, in Topeka, the daughter of Paul and Ruth Self Crawford. She was raised by her adopted parents, Willis and Cora Marie Crawford.
Mrs. Pottorf was a 1978 graduate of Oskaloosa High School and attended Garden City Community College. She worked as a cook and waitress for many years in Oskaloosa. Mrs. Pottorf was a member and Past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter No. 62 and a member of the Oskaloosa United Methodist Church.
She married David Marlin Pottorf on April 19, 1980, in Oskaloosa. He preceded her in death May 30, 2008.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Jacob P. Pottorf, on June 28, 2002, and mother, Cora Marie Crawford, on June 9, 2010.
Survivors include her father and stepmother, Willis and Judy Crawford, Oskaloosa; two brothers, Alan Crawford and Mark Crawford and wife Dena, Oskaloosa; two sisters, Debbie Harries and husband Brad, Oskaloosa, and Martha Speaks, Gladstone, Mo.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Barnett Family Funeral Home, 1220 Walnut, Oskaloosa.
