MIchael Curt Georgeson
Michael Curt Georgeson, 19, Topeka, passed away at home Tuesday afternoon August 23, 2011 from complications of an illness.
Michael was born November 18, 1991 in Topeka. Michael graduated from Washburn Rural High school, May 2010. Michael was very athletic and excelled greatly in sports. He loved fishing, camping, trips to the ocean and spending time with family and friends. Michael loved listening to music and going to concerts. He is treasured and loved by all that know him and will be greatly missed. Please remember Michael in your hearts and prayers.
Survivors include his father, Curt Georgeson, Lawrence; mother, Renee May and her husband Bill, Topeka; siblings, Adam Deutsch, Chelsie James, Jon Georgeson, Regina Georgeson, Joseph Georgeson, Timothy May, Billy Joe May, William May, Brandon May, Kris May; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Greta Georgeson and Frank and Norma Jean Greco.
Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Rd., Topeka KS 66614; where a rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m.. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 11 a.m. at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 3601 SW 17th St. Topeka KS 66604. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
Family would like Mass offerings to be made or contributions may be made to Michael Georgeson Memorial Fund sent in care of the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to www.kevinbrennanfamily.com.
