Phouthong ‘Airr’ Kinsky

Traditional Buddhist services for Phouthong “Airr” Kinsky, 43, Lawrence, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home and Crematory. Cremation will follow immediately after the service.
Mr. Kinsky died Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011, at Kansas University Hospital in Kansas City, Kan.
He was born Dec. 10, 1967, in Vientiane, Laos, the son of Bouppha and Kong Phaopacheurth Sengsathevane. His family came to the United States from Laos in 1981. He later graduated from J.C. Harmon High School in Kansas City, Kan.
Mr. Kinsky was employed in production at Amarr Garage Doors at the time of his death and had 15 years of service with the company. He enjoyed playing cards and spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors include two daughters, Cassandra and Andrea Kinsky, of the home; his father, Lawrence; a brother, Noy Powkom, Lawrence; and five sisters, Somboun Byer and Souvanna Ardong, both of Lawrence, Kanhnika Khanthavixay, Valley Park, Mo., Patthana St. John, Overland Park, and Somphanh Sengsathevane, England.
Friends may call from noon to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
