June M. Wilson Lawrence

Funeral services for June M. Wilson, 90, Tuckerton N.J., will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Tuckerton United Methodist Church in Tuckerton. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Tuckerton.
She died Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010, at Brandon Woods at Alvamar in Lawrence. She and her husband had lived in Lawrence since a few days before her death.
Mrs. Wilson was born in Niagara Falls, N.Y., the daughter of Altie and Minnie McEnerney Parsons.
For several years, she was the secretary of the water department in Tuckerton. She later was a homemaker.
She was a member of Tuckerton United Methodist Church and served on the board there.
She married Ross A. Wilson in November 1940 in Buffalo, N.Y. He survives of the home in Lawrence.
Other survivors include her son, Jack Wilson and wife Kathryn, Lawrence.
The family will greet friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Wood Funeral Home in Tuckerton.
The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society, sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th St., Lawrence, KS 66044.
