Funeral service for Theodore David “Dave” Welbourn Jr., 37, Lawrence, will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Oak Hill Cemetery.
He died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010, at his home.
