Deanna Lynn Kautz Dremler

Memorial services for Deanna Lynn Kautz Dremler, 50, Queen Creek, Ariz., will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Inurnment will take place at a later date in the Mount Calvary Cemetery in Atchison.
She died May 15, 2010, at her home in Arizona.
She was born Nov. 12, 1959, in Atchison, the daughter of John Paul and June Handke Kautz.
She was a homemaker and had worked for UPS in Lenexa.
She married Douglas Polzin on Jan. 29, 1977, in Lawrence. They later divorced and he preceded her in death June 17, 2003. She married Ray Dremler on Oct. 16, 1987, in Phoenix. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include two daughters, Dana Grammer and husband Andy, and Devon Polzin, all of Lawrence; two sisters, Deborah Hammond, Marietta, Ga., and Kimberly Howard, Lawrence; and five grandchildren, Annie, J.D., Allie and Tyson Grammer and Shawn Elmer.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and a nephew, Eban Farley III.
The family suggests memorials to Lawrence Humane Society, sent in care of the mortuary, 120 W. 13th St., Lawrence, KS 66044.
