Donald E. Bryan 1952 - 2010 Lawrence

Graveside services for Donald E. “Donnie” Bryan, 57, Lawrence, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Bryan died Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at his home.
He was born June 1, 1952, in Lawrence, the son of William D. and Charlet V. Lathrom Bryan.
He attended Lawrence schools, and graduated from Lawrence High School in 1970.
Mr. Bryan was a manager in the trucking industry. He enjoyed playing pool at Astro’s, and loved to fish.
Survivors include a son, Chase William Bryan, Wichita; a daughter, Brenna Dawn Hewins and husband Matt, Flower Mound, Texas; his mother, Lawrence; and a sister, Linda May and husband Mark, Mission.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1987.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. to noon Monday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, where the family will receive them from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
The family suggests memorials to the Lawrence Humane Society, sent in care of the funeral home, 601 Ind., Lawrence, KS 66044.
