Mildred Helen Pryor

Services for Mildred Helen Pryor, 92, Eudora, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Laddonia Cemetery, Laddonia, Mo.
Mrs. Pryor died Saturday, June 26, 2010, at Medicalodges Eudora.
She was born in White City, Iowa, the daughter of John William and Mildred Louella Smith Silvey. She graduated from Laddonia High School. She had lived in the area since 1943.
Mrs. Pryor worked as a supervisor in Building and Grounds at Kansas University. She enjoyed painting, sewing, gardening, reading and doing puzzles.
She married Melvin Tuttle. He died in 1942. She married Brown Allen Pryor in 1945. He died in 1993.
Survivors include a son, Alan Pryor, of Tonganoxie; three daughters, Thelma Chapman, Lawrence, Helen Greer, Kempton, Ill., and Kathy Brecheisen, Eudora; a brother, Paul Edgar Silvey, Bourbonnais, Ill.; 10 grandchildren, Julia Freydma, Kathy White, Richard Marrs, Marcella Krause, Linda MacDonald, Tiffany Pryor, Kathy Gualdoni, Joe Sciarrino-Brecheisen, Nicholas Brecheisen and Tara Brecheisen; 12 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where the family will receive them from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
