Vesta Marie Wray 1924 - 2010 Pasco, Wash.
Funeral services for Vesta Marie Wray, 86, Pasco, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Old German Baptist Brethren Church in Pasco. Burial will be after the service in the church’s private cemetery.
Mrs. Wray died Friday, April 16, 2010.
She was born Feb. 13, 1924, the daughter of Edward and Edna Smith.
Most of Mrs. Wray’s life was spent near Centropolis, Kan., until 2001 when she and her husband moved to the Pasco area. She was a member of the Old German Baptist Brethren Church her entire life.
She married Delmer Wray on Sept. 2, 1948. He survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Sally Garber, Blue Ridge Summit, Pa.; three sons, Larry Wray and wife Karen, Baldwin City, Dennis Wray and wife Christine, near Ottawa, and Everett Wray and wife Sandra, Pasco; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a sister, Martha Mohler and husband Loren; and two brothers, Alvin Smith and wife Elsie, and John Smith and wife Betty.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Jamin Wray.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the home of Everett and Sandra Wray, 2761 W. Sagemoor Road, Pasco.
