Janice M. Endacott 1936 - 2009 Lawrence
Graveside service for Janice M. Endacott, 73, Lawrence, will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Stoney Point Cemetery in Douglas County, south of Lawrence.
Mrs. Endacott died Monday, Sept. 28, 2009, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born July 17, 1936, in Lawrence, the daughter of Ivan D. and Emily L. Lescher Holmquist.
Mrs. Endacott was a homemaker. From 1971 until 1981, she was a co-owner of Captain Clean. She retired from Kansas University in 1988.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
She married Phillip L. Endacott on Oct. 9, 1959, in Lawrence. He survives, of the home.
Other survivors include two sons, Paul and Lance, both of Lawrence; a brother, John Bright, Lansing, Mich.; three sisters, Brenda Bright, Topeka, and Barbara Klingberg and Francis Snell, both of Oskaloosa; and one grandson, Matthew.
The family suggests memorials to the Stoney Point Cemetery Association or Diabetes Association, sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
