Alexa Rae Sheets Winchester
Winchester — Graveside services for Alexa Rae Sheets will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Winchester-Wise Cemetery, southeast of Winchester.
Alexa was born and died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was the daughter of Jessica L. Cozadd and Michael C. Sheets.
Survivors include her parents, Lawrence; and her maternal grandparents, Robert and Doris Cozadd, Winchester.
The family suggests memorials to the Newborns in Need Organization, sent in care of Barnett-Chapel Oaks Funeral Home, P.O. Box 416, Oskaloosa, KS 66066.
