Alma Imogene Milburn 1918 - 2009 Baldwin City
A cremation is planned for Alma Imogene Milburn, 91, Baldwin City. A private family burial in the Hesper Friends Cemetery in Eudora will take place at a later date.
Mrs. Milburn died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born May 26, 1918, in Eudora, the daughter of Ralph Bagby and Ida Belle Waite. She grew up in the Eudora and Baldwin City areas and had lived there her entire life.
She married Cyril Lloyd Milburn. He preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, Gary Milburn; and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Milburn Greer, Lawrence, and June Simon, Baldwin City; a son, Michael Milburn, Overbrook; 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Wilson Funeral Home in Wellsville is in charge of arrangements.
