Larry Parker 1935 - 2009 Beloit
Beloit — Funeral services for Larry Parker, 74, Beloit, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. John’s Catholic Church, Beloit. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Osage American Cemetery, Osage City.
Mr. Parker died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009.
He was born Aug. 22, 1935.
He was a retired telecommunications technician, and formerly lived in Lawrence, Ottawa and Osage City.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel, four children, and nine grandchildren.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the McDonald Funeral Home in Beloit, where a parish vigil and rosary will begin at 6 p.m.
The family suggests memorials to the Solomon Valley Hospice, sent in care of McDonald-Roberts Funeral Service, 910 N. Campbell Ave., Beloit, KS 67420.
