Lawrence Shaw Jr. 1951 - 2009 De Soto
Memorial services for Lawrence “Larry” Shaw Jr., 57, De Soto, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel in De Soto.
Mr. Shaw died Monday, May 25, 2009.
He was born Oct. 18, 1951, in Kansas City, Kan., the son of Lawrence and Delores Shaw.
Mr. Shaw was raised in De Soto and was a local construction worker and mechanic.
Survivors include his mother, of Baldwin City; two sons, Michael and Christopher, both of De Soto; and a sister, Sherree Stanly, Baldwin City.
He was preceded in death by a son, Shaun; and a daughter, Amy Shaw.
The family will meet friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. before services Saturday at the chapel.
The family suggests memorials to the chapel, P.O. Box 101, De Soto, KS 66018.
