Ena Mae Mock

Graveside services for Ena Mae Mock, 82, Lawrence, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Highland Cemetery in Ottawa.
Mrs. Mock died Saturday, June 6, 2009.
She was born Aug. 9, 1926, in Oklahoma, the daughter of Harrison and Ethel Heckman Spaulding.
She moved to Ottawa in the early 1940s and Lawrence in the early 1980s.
Mrs. Mock was a homemaker. She formerly attended Church of the Nazarene of Ottawa.
She married Lyle Francis Mock on Nov. 25, 1945, in Ottawa. He preceded her in death on Nov. 26, 1979.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Alvin, Jim, Dee, Gene and Bill Spaulding; and a sister, Jeraldene R. Wall.
Survivors include a son, Dale Mock and wife Sandy, Lawrence; a sister, Dorothy Meisel, Warsaw, Mo.; two granddaughters, Michelle McDaniel and Shannon Mock; and a great-granddaughter, Abby McDaniel.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Dengel & Son Mortuary, where the family will meet friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
The family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association, sent in care of the mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, KS 66067.
