Judith Ann Norris 1946 - 2009 Lawrence
Funeral services for Judith Ann Norris, 62, Lawrence, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Lawrence Heights Christian Church. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.She died Thursday, Jan. 29, 2009, at her home.She was born May 18, 1946, in St. Joseph, Mo., the daughter of Kenneth and Peg Taylor White. She attended elementary school and high school in King City, Mo.She operated her own accounting business for the last 15 years. She was a member of the First Christian Church of King City.She married Ronald Norris on Nov. 7, 1964, in King City. He died in February 2000.Survivors include three sons, Dan, Lawrence, Rick, Lenexa, and Chuck and wife Sandy, Kansas City, Mo.; three brothers, John White and wife Joyce, Cameron, Mo., Ed White and wife Cindy, Osborn, Mo., and Bob White and wife Kim, Audubon, Iowa; three sisters, Pam Hensley and husband John, and Vickie Rainey and husband Rick, all of King City, and Peggy Jacoby and husband Marion, Kearney, Mo.; three grandchildren, Michael Norris, Thomas Norris and Ilena Norris; 27 nieces and nephews; and 22 great-nieces and nephews.The family will greet friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society, sent in care of the mortuary.
