Phil E. Standish 1952 - 2009 Tonganoxie
Funeral services for Phil E. Standish, 56, Tonganoxie, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Quisenberry Funeral Home in Tonganoxie. Burial will follow in Hubbel Hill Cemetery in Tonganoxie.Mr. Standish died Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2009, at his home.He was born July 12, 1952, in Kansas City, Kan., the son of Paul and Stella DeMaranville Standish. He was a member of Pipefitters Local No. 533 in Kansas City, Mo.He married Renee Koons Standish. They shared 37 years of marriage. She survives, of the home.Other survivors include two sons, Pete, Kansas City, Kan., and Trevor, Bonner Springs; his mother, Stella Standish, Basehor; two sisters, Alice Clark, Olathe, and Jackie Brunker, Basehor; and five grandchildren.The family suggests memorials to Kansas City Hospice or American Diabetes, sent in care of the funeral home, P.O.
